Delivery policy

All orders of HK$500 or above qualify for free shipping.
For orders below HK$500, we charge a HK$35 shipping fee.
Free pick-up is available from Sheung Wan - please contact us for further details. Email: info@drinkwaave.com
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories & Discovery Bay.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
Each small parcel (under 20kg) will have 2 delivery attempts, each large parcel (20kg or above) will have 1 delivery attempt. Recipients/customers will be responsible for paying an additional HK$80 in cash for each additional attempt.
If the recipient/customer is unreachable for 3 days, the parcel will be returned to the CAINIAO warehouse to wait for the next instruction.
If the delivery address does not have elevators/lifts, or the elevators/lifts are unavailable an additional charge may apply to the recipient. Recipients/customers may choose to receive the parcel on the ground floor for free.
